About the Role
Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for Utility Saving Solutions in metro-Atlanta, engaging both residential and commercial prospects to present emerging energy-saving technologies.
Educate customers on product features, cost‑saving potential, and ROI in clear, business-focused language.
Conduct needs assessments, qualify opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions that align with customer goals.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through proposal, close, and handoff to operations; maintain timely follow-up and accurate records.
Ensure post‑sale satisfaction by coordinating installation introductions, answering customer questions, and resolving issues to drive retention and referrals.
Capture market and customer feedback to help refine product positioning and sales materials.
Earn generous, uncapped commissions based on sales performance.
Requirements

Proven strength in consultative, client‑facing sales or similar customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical benefits into financial and operational value.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working on a commission-based compensation plan.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales activities concurrently.
Professional demeanor for interacting with homeowners, facility managers, and business decision-makers.
Familiarity with energy, utilities, HVAC, building technologies, or sustainability solutions preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site customer visits.
